Who they are: Cavalry often buys old auto loan deficiencies, personal loans, and credit card debt. They use local Pennsylvania collection attorneys to file their lawsuits against you. 

How we beat them: Their lawsuits look formal and intimidating, but they have the exact same weakness as the others: sloppy paperwork. My strategy against Cavalry is to attack their "chain of title." That means we force them to prove every single time the debt was sold. If there is one missing link, their case falls apart. 

When they can't provide the evidence, we win, and you owe them zero.
