Who they are: LVNV often works with a company called Resurgent Capital Services to buy millions of dollars in defaulted debt. They file massive amounts of Magisterial District Judge (MDJ) complaints hoping people simply ignore the mail. 

How we beat them: LVNV almost never has the original witnesses or the actual documents from the day they claim you opened the account. I attack their lack of evidence. I make them prove their case legally, and because they buy debt in such huge bulk, they usually lack the specific paperwork needed to win against a tough defense. 

When they can't provide the evidence, we win, and you owe them zero.
